A client within the Public Sector based in Doncaster is currently recruiting for an Asset Maintenance Engineer to join their Place Directorate / Highway Electrical Services team as soon as possible. The client is offering a full time, permanent position, with the ideal candidate having experience of working within a local authority highways and street lighting environment. The Role Key purpose of the role: To lead on managing all highway electrical equipment across Doncaster, ensuring all assets are maintained, inspected, and replaced in line with legislation, safety standards, and council procedures. The role will also contribute to street lighting policy development and the delivery of safe, compliant, and energy-efficient lighting across the borough.
