Recruitment Marketing Graduate
Salary: £25,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid and West/North Yorkshire Full Time, Permanent

Responsibilities
* Support the planning and delivery of recruitment marketing campaigns
* Gather market insights and contribute to campaign development
* Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance
* Participate in market research and competitor analysis
* Help manage brand messaging, customer feedback, and client communication
* Track results and suggest improvements based on performance data

Role Overview
As a Marketing Graduate, you'll play an integral role in delivering client campaigns, developing brand presence, and driving customer engagement. This is a hands‑on role designed to give you real‑world experience across multiple areas of marketing and business development—from campaign strategy to customer interaction and performance analysis.

* Recent graduates (marketing, business, communications, or similar fields preferred)
* Experience or interest in Recruitment

About the Trust
Wellspring Academy Trust was established in 2013. Since then, we have grown into a vibrant community of 33 schools. Our schools are unique and united in aim—to make a difference. We are a mixed community of mainstream Secondary and Primary, Special, and Alternative Provision schools.
