Our client are passionate investors in the food and agribusiness - they have a boutique office in Chelsea Harbour and an extremely pleasant team of entrepreneurial individuals who require the support of an Assistant. You would provide some support to 3 to 4 Directors, as well as provide some general office assistance.
In this varied role you would be responsible for:
* Organising diary and travel for team who travel a lot internationally, across different time zones
* Making sure the day-to-day operations of the team are running smoothly
* Ordering office supplies, staying on top of IT/printer/etc service providers
* Undertaking ad hoc administration tasks as required, such as expense reconciliation, raising purchase orders and assisting with documentation
* Coordinating team schedules
* Managing calendars and scheduling meetings
* Organising some client events for the business - not a huge part of the role but some creativity here would be welcome
* Social media posting and website editing - again, a small part of the role but there is scope to add value.
They are looking for someone experienced and used to managing diaries and travel across different time zones. Ideally you will have a mature attitude, and be happy to help, willing to support and really look after your team with care, proactivity and consideration. They are a lovely office of people, with a very positive working culture.
The beautiful office is located in Chelsea Harbour so it is essential you are happy and able to travel to Chelsea Harbour every day, 5 days per week. Hours are 8-5 or 9-6 (or other, as works for you). There is parking available.
