Our client, based on the outskirts of High Wycombe is looking for a temp for 8 weeks. There is a possibility of permanent job at the end of the assignment. Ideally you will have worked in a similar role and be proficient in microsoft office.
The successful candidate will need to be immediately available
1. Reporting to Client Relations Manager.
2. Assisting with all administrative duties within Client Relations department.
3. Learn and operate Dynamics 365 to keep plots updated, generate job sheets, manage diaries, etc.
4. Assisting with administration duties related to customers from 2 weeks post completion and up to 2 years post completion.
5. Dealing with customer queries, via telephone and email.
6. Register all customers upon completion with NPA out of hours service.
7. Complete meter readings on COR forms for all new completions for British Gas and Thames water/equivalent.
8. Assisting Client Liaison Executives with administration during busy periods.
9. Updating and generating reports as required.
10. Responsible for chasing outstanding issues/tasks with subcontractors on developments assigned to you.
11. Assist Client Relations Manager with maintenance men diaries.
12. Raise job sheets when necessary for our Housing Associations, ensuring their systems are kept updated, progress jobs and close down as necessary.
