Join Our Outstanding Community Mental Health Team in Suffolk. We are looking for a Band 7 Clinical Team Leader to join the Suffolk Secure Services Forensic Community Mental Health Team, delivering recovery-focused community care for individuals transitioning from secure settings.

Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver high-quality care
* Manage a small caseload to ensure focused and effective intervention
* Work with service users, carers, and partner agencies to support recovery journeys
* Build on the team's success following a recent outstanding Quality Standards Review
* Drive service improvements and support achieving an outstanding CQC rating
Who we're looking for
We welcome applications from mental health nurses with leadership experience who are committed to recovery-focused, person-centred care. A background in forensic, community, or general mental health settings is desirable.

* Salary: £47,810 to £54,710 per annum

Qualifications & Experience
Essential
* Nursing degree or equivalent, Dip SW or Dip OT or HCPC registered
* Evidence of leadership in a Mental Health care environment including service development
* Experience at a senior clinical level including staff management/supervision
* Experience with risk assessment and ongoing management
* Ability to travel
Desirable
* ILM Certificate in management or equivalent
* Higher degree or post-graduate certificate in area of clinical/therapeutic practice
