The Role: As a SEN Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils with a range of additional needs (including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties) Work one-to-one or in small groups Assist with learning activities and lesson delivery Help manage behaviour and emotional regulation Follow EHCPs and individual support plans Promote independence and confidence Uphold safeguarding standards at all times Full training and ongoing support will be provided by Teaching Personnel. ✅ We’re Looking For: A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach Strong communication and teamwork skills A genuine interest in SEN and inclusive education Reliability and professionalism Availability during term time Experience supporting children or young people with additional needs is highly desirable but not essential.
