Our service supports adults with: Learning Disabilities & Autism Mental Health Conditions Physical Disabilities Visual & Hearing Impairments Alcohol & Drug Misuse Challenges Dementia The Role As Deputy Manager, you will: Support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day running of the home. Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of care staff. Ensure high-quality, person-centred care that promotes independence and dignity. Oversee care planning, risk assessments, and compliance with CQC standards. Foster a positive and inclusive environment for residents and staff alike. About You We are looking for someone who is: Experienced in a care leadership role (e.g., Senior Support Worker, Team Leader, or Deputy). Knowledgeable in supporting individuals with complex needs. A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Health & Social Care (minimum) - Level 5 or working towards is desirable.
