This is a superb development opportunity for a bright and newly qualified lawyer seeking a highly ranked litigation practice.
In this varied role you will work across a variety of high-value and complex commercial litigation cases in the High Court, including:
* Contract disputes
* Corporate disputes
* Insolvency
* Insurance
* Professional negligence
* Procurement
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing and effectively supporting a breadth of cases
* Preparing for trials, including upcoming week-long and multi-week trials
* Delivering high-quality legal advice
Candidate Requirements:
* Excellent academics (2:1 degree and a distinction at LPC level)
* Previous experience supporting High Court litigation
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
