Work remotely but be prepared to join us once a month in our Bristol, Dorset, or Hampshire offices for our dynamic Product and Engineering meetups—all travel and hotel expenses fully covered!

Are You What We’re Looking For?
* 5+ years of experience as a Tech Leader
* 2+ years of experience managing multiple teams
* Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (Java, C#/C++, Ruby, etc.)
* Polyglot full-stack developer mindset, eager to learn and continuously improve
* A collaborative approach to teamwork with a passion for creating positive impact
