You will be part of a close knit team who support each other running an extremely busy GP reception.
The majority of your work will be patient facing so we are looking for someone with excellent patient care who ideally has experience.
You will be dealing with confidential information so an understanding of GDPR is required.
Main duties of the job
Making and answering calls, administrative duties, liaising with clinicians both in the surgery and elsewhere, organising appointments and telephone calls etc. You must have computer skills as this is a large part of your role.
You will be required to cover extra shifts to support your team so you will need to be flexible.
