Location: Ipswich, IP3 | 3-Month Contract | Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote
£18 per hour, 40 hours per week (PAYE Basis)
Proman UK is recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading organisation delivering a large-scale infrastructure project based in Ipswich (IP3). We’re looking for a motivated and detail-driven Document Controller to support this busy and fast-paced site. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across multiple disciplines and contribute to the smooth delivery of a high-impact initiative.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage and maintain documentation using BIM360, SharePoint, Aconex, ViewPoint, and BC.
Ensure high-quality, timely submissions of project documentation.
Support document workflows and collaborate across departments.
Quickly learn and adapt to digital systems.
Maintain Master Document Registers and follow best practices in document control.
✅ What You Bring:
1–2 years of experience in construction document control.
Strong IT skills and experience with EDMS platforms.
Understanding of BIM and ISO19650 standards.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence across teams.
Bonus Points For:
Experience across a range of project types.
Proficiency in Microsoft O365.
A valid UK driving license.
