Production Manager – Precision Engineering Location: Hailsham, East Sussex Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time We are recruiting for the successor of a Production Manager with one of our Precision Engineering clients. The production manager works with 3 cell leaders in fabrication, CNC machining and cleaning, leading a total staff of approximately 35. You will report to the Operations Director. They are a precision engineering company serving customers in the semiconductor, science and the nuclear industry. Together with their customers, they help consumers run computer processors, benefit from the latest innovations and securing the supply of energy. They operate within an open, solution driven work culture. The Production Manager and Teams are measured on delivering our engineered solutions on quality, on time and to a high degree of efficiency. Engineering, Quality, Production Planning and Facility Maintenance – 18 in total - will support that role.
