A day in the life of a Delivery Coordinator

As a team, we provide a transport solution to support the needs of our customers, factories, copackers and some of our suppliers across Nestlé.

Key responsibilities: -

* Collaborate and Coordinate: Work closely with Hauliers, Distribution Centres, Factories, Customers, Suppliers, and Co-manufacturers to ensure the timely delivery of customer orders, the collection of finished goods, the delivery of packaging materials and ingredients, and the availability of trailers across the network.
* Communication is Key: Keep internal and external stakeholders informed about issues impacting the network.
* Problem-Solving: Formulate and instigate plans to reduce overall delays and ensure seamless operations.
* Customer Delight: Deliver best-in-class customer service and contribute to our sustainability roadmap through the efficiency of our logistics network.

What Will Make You Successful
