About the role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Compliance Officer in the Human Resources Team. In this post you will take a lead in ensuring that our staff recruitment and employment practices and procedures are compliant with the regulatory and statutory requirements e.g. Ofsted, UK Visa and Immigration requirements, Disclosure and Barring Services and Care Quality Commission.
About you
You will have a track record in a compliance-focused role, preferably in Human Resources. With a methodical approach to process, an aptitude for accuracy and attention to detail, you excel at record keeping and compliance monitoring. As an expert in your field, you will be able to work within a broad strategic framework on personal initiative.
