2-4 sessions per week, ideally a Monday and another day but some flexibility of working days
Managing a patient list once induction and familiarisation phase has been completed.
* Involvement in duty/enhanced access rota
* No weekend working(unless you would like to support seasonal activity)

Job responsibilities
Provide excellent patient care in a primary care setting.
Manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs
Participate in setting standards for care and auditing clinicaloutcomes.
Record clear and contemporaneous consultation notes to agreed standards.
Prescribe in accordance with the Practice prescribing formulary orgenerically whenever clinically appropriate.

Qualifications
* Qualified GP
* Full registration with the GMC. Listed on the UK Medical Performers List. Must meet professional health requirements in line with GMC standards Good Medical Practice.
* Applicants must have current UK professional registration
* You must have a full clean driving license to be able to complete Home visits when required
