We are looking to expand our team for an enthusiastic individual who is ready to bring their skills and experience to our very busy Parts team at Whiffler Road in Norwich Your main responsibilities will include: Customer communication by way of targeted inbound and outbound calls Dealing with enquiries from various sources Identifying parts required for service and repair work To up-sell parts and accessories to new and existing customers To build customer relationships and enhance their perception of our business To provide an excellent first point of contact to the customer by telephone Gain order numbers and authorisation where necessary Liaison with colleagues to ensure good communication and a clear understanding of each other’s needs Outbound calls to customers promoting new products, promotions and campaigns To be proactive and timely with call-backs Adopt a right first-time approach The successful candidate will be an organised, effective member of the team with a positive attitude. Ideally to have the ability to stand up and be counted with an aspiration to be a leader. Excellent telephone manner, communication and administration skills are crucial to this role. Previous customer service experience is favourable, however full training will be given. Customer calling is an essential criterion within this role.
