Due to an ever-increasing demand for our properties, we need more property sourcing agents within our business to help us locate, negotiate and secure new properties for us to offer our tenants. What we are looking for: Not essential/ But Ideally someone with a proven background within property, potentially via working in a Letting and/or Estate Agents, however if you can demonstrate sufficient drive and determination we can overlook this requirement Strong sales background A people person who is able to form and maintain business relationships Confident negotiator Eye for detail Someone that is hungry to progress, learn and earn Self-starter, we will train and support you but the correct candidate for this role will need to be able work without supervision Someone who is happy to drive in new business Team player Experience with Microsoft Office and a head for numbers We truly believe that this is a really exciting and unique role that the right candidate will thrive in and love.
