We have an exciting opportunity to welcome a new Mental Health Practitioner within our Crisis Triage and Response Team based in Chester. The successful applicant will be expected to work across Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Services, which will include Crisis Triage and Response Service, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services and Liaison and Diversion Services.

The role of a Practitioner is to work within a multi-disciplinary team, providing a comprehensive assessment of people presenting in crisis. You will undertake detailed assessments of peoples needs and use your clinical skills and knowledge to provide intervention and treatment, you will complete professional referral screening, complete case closures and follow the incoming call protocol. You will also provide daily shift leadership supporting our team of Band 4, First Response Operatives. The post holder will be expected to work as part of the Urgent Care Mental Health First Response Service which includes Crisis Line, Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Teams, Liaison Services, Street Triage Services and Liaison and Diversion Services.
