About the Role:
* Teach Maths across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the possibility of teaching A-Level depending on experience.
* Plan and deliver engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities.
* Assess student progress, set targets, and provide constructive feedback to help students achieve their best.
* Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and resources.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and stimulating learning environment.
Ideal Candidate:
* Holds QTS or equivalent.
* Possesses excellent subject knowledge in Mathematics.
* Demonstrates a passion for teaching and a commitment to student success.
* Has strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.
* Is confident in building rapport with students and fostering a positive learning environment.
