Sales Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to for a Sales Coordinator join a successful trading company. As Sales Coordinator you’ll be able to demonstrate experience in a similar position, preferably with the ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role.

What we’re looking for:
* Experience in a similar role with a focus on sales administration.
* The ability to think on your feet and the desire to make a real difference in this hands-on role.
* Exceptional organisational skills
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office and up-to-date IT skills.
* Motivated with an eye for detail
Key responsibilities:
* Liaise with customers and internal staff as well as work independently and as part of a team
* Demonstrate attention to detail and ability to plan, prepare and implement strategies to succeed.
* Ensuring orders are processed/dispatched correctly and efficiently and demonstrate ownership of customers, products and problems with shipments.
* Research and Marketing to identify opportunities
* Communicating with overseas customers
* Preparing tender documents and quotations
* Negotiating with suppliers and processing orders
* Organising shipments
