Ready to take your skills on the road? As a domiciliary optometrist at Specsavers, you can do just that. You’ll drive our services to the doorsteps of the nation, providing eye care to people who can’t come into our stores. You’ll also help patients with basic tasks they wouldn’t be able to do without you, bringing smiles and clinical care to the heart of your community.

Based on the south coast of England, you’ll cover a defined territory, providing care to patients in their own homes. Specsavers is locally owned, powered by leading‑edge technology, and committed to making eye care accessible and affordable for everyone. Our team and car

We have a wonderful dedicated team ready and waiting for you to meet. You’ll be provided with a company car (or car allowance) to bring your care directly to people’s homes.


What’s on offer?

As part of our recruitment process we offer a Domi specific CPD training providing you with 1 non‑interactive CPD point and an exclusive paid interview experience. In addition to the support, training and development opportunities, we have a range of benefits:

* Basic salary £75,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities

* Provide domiciliary eye care to patients in their homes within an assigned territory
* Deliver high-quality clinical services and support basic tasks to help patients live independently
* Represent Specsavers with professionalism in community settings and maintain patient relationships


Qualifications

* Register as a member of the General Optical Council (keep this up to date)
* Full driving license
* Confident, passionate about customer service, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
