We’re looking for an Entry-Level Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for someone eager to start a career in technical sales, support business development efforts, and grow into a customer-facing or sales engineering role.
Position Summary:
The Sales Coordinator will support the sales team with administrative, technical, and customer service tasks related to the quotation, order processing, and fulfillment of switchgear products and solutions. This position bridges communication between customers, the sales team, engineering, and production departments to ensure timely, accurate responses and efficient project execution.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, bids, and proposals for switchgear and electrical distribution equipment.

Review customer specifications, drawings, and RFQs to ensure accurate technical and commercial responses.

Enter and track sales orders in the company’s ERP/CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates.

Coordinate with engineering, purchasing, and production teams to confirm delivery schedules and order status.
*
Communicate with customers regarding order updates, shipment schedules, and documentation requests.
*
Maintain and organize sales documentation, including pricing, proposals, and contracts.
*
Support marketing and business development activities such as trade shows, lead tracking, and customer follow-ups.

Provide general administrative support to the sales department, including report generation and database management.
Experience:
*
0–2 years of experience in sales coordination, inside sales, or customer service—ideally in the electrical, manufacturing, or industrial sector.

Familiarity with switchgear, electrical components, or power systems is a plus but not required (training provided).
Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with CRM or ERP systems a plus.
