Salary: £32,156 per annum plus benefits.
Location: Liverpool, with office work and 1 day remote per week.
Hours: 35 hours/week.
Contract: 6-month fixed term.

Role Overview
As an IT Support Officer, you will work on our IT Service Desk to ensure IT systems are available and functional, supporting South Liverpool Homes in delivering quality services. You will handle incident and service request tickets across our infrastructure and applications.
Candidate Profile
Ideal candidates will have experience in an IT Service Desk role, delivering excellent customer service, and managing incidents and requests. You should be available to work on-site in Liverpool four days a week and have knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra, Active Directory, Defender, laptops, mobile devices, printers, Windows Server, Azure, Networking, and housing applications.
