Role: SEND Teacher (Primary Focus)

Salary: £130–£180 per day
Contract: Long-term / Specialist supply

We are working with a range of SEND schools, resource provisions and supportive mainstream schools across Blackburn & Darwen who are looking for passionate SEND teachers to join their teams.

What your day might involve:
* Teaching small groups or 1:1 sessions tailored to individual needs
* Supporting pupils with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, MLD or complex needs
* Working closely with skilled TAs who know the pupils well
* Implementing behaviour strategies and structured routines
* Celebrating progress that may look different, but means everything
* Enjoying consistency through long-term placements, or flexibility through specialist supply

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
