At Adaptable Recruitment we have an Excellent opportunity for an Executive Administrator to join a well-established legal practice to support their busy Residential Conveyancing team. This is a key role providing administrative and compliance support to legal professionals in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Package: up to £30,000 Depending on experience.
Holidays : 25 days & bank holidays.
Location: Southport - Fully Office Based

Main Responsibilities to Include:
Full administrative management of conveyancing files, both digital and hard copy (including file opening, ID checks, file closure, archiving, and data updates)
Drafting and preparing standard documents under supervision
Handling and processing contracts, SDLT forms, and Land Registry applications
Ensuring file compliance with regulatory standards and internal processes
Producing and managing billing documentation and liaising with the Finance team
Maintaining and updating the Case Management System
Scanning, copying, filing, and general document production
Answering and directing calls for the conveyancing team
Supporting ongoing improvements in operational processes
The ideal Candidate:
Previous experience in an administrative role within a residential conveyancing or legal property team
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficient IT skills and experience using legal case management systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commercial awareness and ability to prioritise in a deadline-driven environment
Desirable:
Experience with SOS Case Management System
