Grounds Maintenance Team Leaders

We’re looking for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to lead, motivate and delegate to the grounds maintenance operatives who will work alongside you to deliver our grounds maintenance service.
This full‑time, permanent role covers Aldershot and the surrounding North Hampshire area, with visits to our Basingstoke office for training and ad‑hoc meetings. It requires 39 hours per week.

Responsibilities
* Plan and organise tools and equipment required for work to be carried out.
* Follow standard work routines and tasks on site, with scope to make adjustments in the case of unplanned events.
* Take on ad‑hoc tasks such as installation and repair of washing lines, line marking in communal areas and graffiti removal.
* Use company‑issued tablet and mobile phone to facilitate vehicle inspections, site reporting and photographic evidence of completed work.
* Be accountable for the quality and efficiency of the grounds maintenance work on your sites, meeting set targets and supporting the supervisor to deliver an excellent, value‑for‑money service.
* Assist in obtaining any necessary role‑related licences through comprehensive training and support.
Qualifications
* Full current UK driving licence (held for at least one year) and trailer licence.
* Subject to satisfactory driving licence checks and DBS check.
