About the Telecare Service
The Telecare Service supports the management of risks in their home and community. Telecare enables people to live as safely at home for as long as possible by maximising their independence and reducing the need for dependency on care packages.
About the Role
Pay Details: Grade 7 SPC 20-25, £32,597 - £36,363 (Pro Rata £16.90 - £18.85 per hour).
Hours: 37 hours per week – Monday to Thursday 8:30am – 4:30pm, Friday 8:30am – 4pm.
Main Place of Work: Civic Offices – Office-based.
Temporary Reason: N/A.
Responsibilities
You will provide on-going supervision to ensure the effective delivery of quality Telecare Services in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Qualifications
* Experience of working in partnership with other agencies.
* Experience of working as part of a team and supporting colleagues to achieve high quality outcomes.
* Experience of working with adults and/or children living with care and support needs.
* Experience of service quality monitoring.
Other Requirements
DBS Check Required: Enhanced.
