We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to join our centralised admin team supporting Property and Compliance functions. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality administrative support to ensure smooth operations and strict adherence to compliance processes, including managing no access cases and related documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support to the compliance team in relation to property management functions.
* Manage and monitor no access cases, ensuring timely follow-up and accurate record-keeping.
* Maintain and update compliance records and databases with precision.
* Coordinate communications between compliance teams, property managers, and tenants.
* Assist with scheduling inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
* Prepare reports and documentation to support compliance monitoring and audits.
* Handle incoming enquiries and escalate issues as appropriate.
* Support continuous improvement of admin processes within the compliance team.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in an administrative role.
* Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to manage sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office and database management.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* Problem-solving mindset and proactive approach to workload management.
