Clinical Site Manager - Development Posts
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a keen, motivated and experienced registered nurses to join the Clinical Site Management Team as Developmental Clinical Site Managers to support the Trust in the delivery of a 24/7 service.
Base Location: Bournemouth
Key Responsibilities
* Learn and manage day‑to‑day capacity and flow within the Trust.
* Make complex decisions regarding staffing, clinical placement of patients, understanding dependency and supporting staff in managing patients with mental health issues.
* Apply legal responsibilities of the duty manager and support staff in safety and management issues.
* Recognise acutely ill patients and make appropriate and timely clinical decisions in support of H@N and Outreach services.
Qualifications
* Proven Management Experience
* Recognised leadership qualification
Experience
* Extensive experience of working in the acute setting at a band 6 level or above.
* Minimum of 4 years post‑registration experience.
* Extended role skills including venepuncture and cannulation
