We are representing a highly regarded, growing main contractor with a strong reputation across London for delivering high quality residential and commercial projects.
Due to continued growth and a strong secured pipeline, they are looking to appoint an experienced Contracts Manager to take ownership of multiple live schemes across Central and North London.
This is a key hire for the business. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing contracts, commercial performance and project delivery, ensuring schemes are delivered on time, within budget and to exceptional standards.
The Role of Contracts Manager:
You will be responsible for managing multiple construction contracts from pre start through to final account, working closely with site teams, commercial staff and senior leadership.
Key responsibilities for the Contracts Manager include:
Full contract management across multiple live projects
Coordinating with site managers and stakeholders to ensure programmes and contractual obligations are met
