Example Recruitment Group is currently recruiting on behalf of a national heating contractor operating within the private sector. They require self‑employed heating engineers for an ongoing service & repair contract in the Worcester, Malvern & Herefordshire area.
Contract Details
* Location: Worcester, Malvern & Herefordshire
* Work Type: Annual Service Visits (Annual Gas Safety Check), Landlord Gas Safety Records, and central heating repairs.
* Work Load: 6-8 pre-booked appointments per day
* Commitment: Minimum of set 3 days per week. Up to 5 days available plus optional weekends and evening call out available at enhanced rates.
* Contract Length: Ongoing (no end date)
* Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears.
Rates
* Annual Service Visit (Annual Gas Safety check): £23.06 per appliance
* Repairs: £41.00 per completed property (full van stock and parts supplied)
* Linked Repair: £30.75 plus Annual Service Visit Rate (if repair required at Annual Gas Safety Check)

Requirements
* 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer
* ACS Qualifications including CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires)
* Panel Van (plain or sign written)
* Gas Safe Registration
* Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser
* £2m Public Liability Insurance
* No unspent criminal convictions
