They are looking to grow the Cambridge office significantly this year, and can offer up to £45,000, a yearly bonus, and 2 days WFHMy client is currently working on a range of defence, education, and healthcare projects with both public and private clients, they are looking to make multiple appointments over the next year driven by a strong pipeline across a range of sectors.Role & ResponsibilitiesProducing Construction and tender packages in RevitReporting senior and associates on the progress of the projectWork collaboratively with the whole teamGood understanding of the UK building regulationsCapable architect with strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.Required Skills & ExperienceExperience across all RIBA work stages particularly stage 4 onward3+ years post part III experienceARB registeredRevit proficiency to BIM level 2 standard is desirable but will consider intermediate candidatesPrevious experience working in the public sectorExperience working in Education, Healthcare, or Industrial is highly desirableDBS is not required.What you get backUp to £45,000 DOEEOT bonus scheme25 days Holiday + Bank holidays2 days a week working from homePension schemesProgression pathways into a senior position.ApplyIf you meet the criteria above, send us your CV and portfolio.
