Commercial Property Solicitor
Venn Group is working in partnership with a well-established and highly regarded law firm in Swansea to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor with a minimum of 3 years' PQE to join a busy and supportive department with a strong local and regional client base. The firm has an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality legal services and offers genuine long-term career progression.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters, acting for a broad range of clients including SMEs, developers and lenders.
Caseload will include:
Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
Commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants)
Property finance and secured lending transactions
Development work, including site acquisitions and option agreements
Landlord and tenant matters
Portfolio management
To be considered for this position, you will:
Be a qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with a minimum of 3 years' PQE in commercial property
Have strong technical knowledge and the ability to manage your own caseload
Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills
Be commercially aware and proactive in developing client relationships
