Job Description: We are looking for a reliable Part-Time Administrator to support operations, focusing on coordinating ferry bookings to and from Ireland and managing related correspondence.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and manage ferry bookings to and from Ireland, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
2. Act as the main point of contact for all Ireland related correspondence, liaising with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
3. Complete, update, and issue control sheets accurately and in line with agreed deadlines.
4. Maintain up to date records, trackers, schedules, and related documentation.
5. Liaise with internal departments to ensure information is accurate, aligned, and delivered on time.
