This role offers responsibility, autonomy, and a varied caseload, while working within a collaborative and inclusive environment that values both technical expertise and client relationships. The Role As a Property Litigator, you will manage a wide range of property-related disputes, including: Commercial landlord and tenant disputes (including rent reviews, lease renewals, dilapidations, and forfeiture) Easements and rights of way Adverse possession claims Restrictive covenants Rights to light and other land-related disputes You will be trusted with direct responsibility for your own caseload while benefiting from the support and knowledge-sharing of the wider team.
