Prince William School is located in Oundle, within easy commuting distance of Peterborough, Stamford, Kettering, Wellingborough, and Corby. General Roles and Responsibilities
* Maintain strong subject knowledge and teaching practice. Plan effective lessons that support student progress. Use a range of teaching and behaviour strategies. Deploy support staff well.
* Use data to set targets and plan learning. Assess and track student progress. Set and mark homework in line with policy. Give clear feedback and ensure students act on it.
* Communicate progress with parents and carers. Take part in key school events.
* Engage in performance management and professional development. Contribute to the department and work well with colleagues. Share resources and support others.
* Identify student issues and work with staff to resolve them. Follow health and safety procedures and report incidents promptly.
