Reward Package
* Salary: £17.00 per hour
* Overtime available
* Full‑time position
Working Hours
* Monday to Friday
* Day shift 06:30am – 16:30pm
* Night shift also available
* 45 hours per week plus overtime opportunities
Your Role
* Removing and refitting vehicle trim components
* Stripping and fitting panels with precision
* Managing parts organization and labeling
* Ensuring proper storage of components
* Supporting bodyshop operations
* Mentoring junior team members
* Maintaining high quality standards
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Vehicle Trimmer/Strip Fitter
* Strong knowledge of vehicle trim and panel systems
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent attention to detail
* Ability to work independently
* Problem‑solving skills
* Team player mentality
