We’re looking for an experienced and caring Mental Health Recovery Worker to join our dedicated team at Grove Court – a CQC Registered Nursing home supporting individuals with severe and enduring mental health challenges. About Grove Court We are a welcoming 12‑bed registered Residential Care Home, supporting a mixed‑gender group of adults living with severe mental illness. Our home is designed to provide a safe, calm, and supportive environment where every person is treated with dignity, respect, and compassion. Our team works together to provide care 24 hours a day, ensuring residents receive consistent support whenever they need it. In this role, I will support individuals on their recovery journey, helping them build skills, confidence and independence. My work will include: Providing one‑to‑one key‑worker support and building positive, professional relationships Carrying out assessments and developing personalised support and safety plans Encouraging people to manage their mental and physical wellbeing Supporting individuals with daily living skills and accessing community services Liaising with mental health agencies, professionals and community groups Contributing to safeguarding and promoting a safe, supportive environment Keeping accurate records, monitoring progress and sharing information with the team Helping improve the service by offering feedback and supporting colleagues Nursing services are 24/7 services and may involve personal care responsibilities - you may undertake basic personal care tasks as outlined in the care plan. These include support with eating or drinking/toileting, washing/bathing/dressing/oral care and the care of skin and hair.
