To form an integral part of the Place & environment team we are seeking an experienced system Co-ordinator to lead our maintenance and repairs team programme of works. This forward-thinking role requires digitally focused leadership and delegation with impeccable organisational skills. Working with a bespoke ticketing system called REBIM this roles requires oversight and management of internal/ external contractors providing role specific delegation of the raised defects.
Working collaboratively with the Reactive Repairs Manager, Housing managers and external contractors to ensure daily structured and geographical priorities are met at a high standard is the foundation of this role. You will be leading and ultimately responsible for the daily complex scheduling of internal and external works in order to facilitate the repair of both reactive and planned maintenance works. This is a fast paced role filled with potential and continued support to be your best self and deliver key priorities. Excellent spoken and written English are essential to ensure streamlined daily processes with the support of relevant and bespoke digital systems to ensure robust reporting. Leading this area of work requires attention to detail to ensure robust and timely maintenance and repair works across a large footprint of Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire.
