HGV Technician Barking
Salary: £53,820 £58,500 per annum (basic) + Overtime at 1.5x + Company Van
Hours: Monday Friday, 45 hours per week (Day shifts only)
We are a leading fleet company looking for an experienced HGV Technician to join our team at our Barking site. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a stable, professional environment with competitive pay and benefits.
What we offer: Basic Salary: £53,820 £58,500 per year (depending on experience)
Overtime: Paid at 1.5x
Company Van provided
Day shifts only: Monday Friday (no weekends)

Key Responsibilities: Carrying out routine servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs and trailers
Diagnostics and fault finding
Ensuring vehicles are compliant with DVSA standards
Working efficiently to minimise downtime across the fleet
Maintaining accurate records of work completed
About you: Qualified HGV Technician / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance & Repair
Previous experience working with HGVs in a workshop or fleet environment
Strong diagnostic skills and attention to detail
A proactive approach and ability to work independently
