We are looking for an experienced, results-driven
Telesales Agent
to join our Coatbridge team. This is a performance-led role with a strong sales edge, where your ability to engage decision-makers and close deals will directly impact your earnings.
What youll be doing:
Outbound calling to a mix of warm leads and cold prospects across the hospitality and foodservice sector
Building relationships with chefs, managers, and business owners to promote Quatras waste oil collection and fresh oil supply services
Understanding customer needs and presenting tailored solutions to win business
Managing a sales pipeline, following up effectively, and meeting agreed sales targets
Accurately recording activity and results in our CRM system
What were looking for:
Proven telesales or outbound sales experience, ideally in B2B
A confident, engaging phone manner that builds rapport quickly
Driven by targets, motivated by results, and competitive by nature
Professional, organised, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Strong listening and questioning skills to uncover customer needs
