About the role
Are you an experienced Occupational Therapist with a positive and can-do attitude? Are you a positive and encouraging people person who loves to see people making progress?
Join us as our new Senior Occupational Therapist working across four complex care services in West Yorkshire.
As a Senior Occupational Therapist, you'll support our residents with high-quality occupational therapy services, empowering them and maximizing their independence.
You will lead and supervise Junior Therapists or Therapy Assistants to ensure delivery of evidence-based, high-quality therapy and rehabilitation.
You will build relationships with the people you support and see their progress through ongoing care, which is extremely rewarding.

Responsibilities
* Managing a clinical caseload
* Developing and delivering person-centred occupational therapy interventions
* Collaborating with the Therapy Team and other professionals
* Carrying out assessments
* Maintaining accurate records
* Promoting choice, dignity, and independence
Requirements
You must have a BSc or MSc in Occupational Therapy and be HCPC registered.
