We’re looking for an experienced Collections Manager to be based in the UK (hybrid between Grantham office and home) leading a remote team managing client arrears.
This role focuses on driving performance, improving processes, and supporting a team that works directly with customers in arrears. You’ll be the key contact for coaching, performance management, and day-to-day team leadership.
You’ll also play a key part in shaping strategy, improving team performance, and guiding collections with an empathetic, customer-first approach.
What You’ll Do:
1. Manage and support a remote collections team.
2. Oversee customer contact strategies for accounts in arrears.
3. Monitor performance, coach team members, and lead process improvements.
4. Collaborate with UK teams to ensure compliance and consistency.
5. Be the go-to person for performance, development, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
6. Strong background in collections, credit control, or debt recovery.
7. Experience managing or supervising a team, ideally remotely.
8. Clear, confident communicator with strong organisational skills.
The Offer:
9. £35,000 – £40,000 salary
