We are looking for a Head of Workforce Effectiveness and Analytics. This is a new post that will allow you to shape the agenda, with a wide portfolio focusing on Workforce Information and Systems, Payroll, FOI, Bank and Rostering, working within the Workforce & OD function. Not only that but you will work as part of a great teamIt is a senior role within WOD. You will work with the Assistant Director to shape the digital agenda and strategy for workforce. This role will be critical to enable increased effectiveness in the way we manage and utilise our temporary workforce. It will also have the opportunity to work on a Bank Modernisation programme. Person Specification Qualifications Essential • Educated to Masters level in human resources or statistical analysis, or demonstrated equivalent level of experience • Professional qualification in Human Resources: Chartered Member - MCIPD • Extensive specialist knowledge required over a range of disciplines e.g. Payroll Management, Financial Management, Information Systems, Research and Development and this knowledge would have been gained over a significant period of time in addition to specialist training. • Evidence of Continual professional development.
