About the Role
Are you a commercially driven relationship manager who knows how to get the best out of suppliers and teams? Do you thrive in a fast-paced sales environment where performance, accountability, and results matter?
We are looking for a Sales Performance Manager to take ownership of supplier performance and play a critical role in driving sales outcomes. Acting as the key link between our sales teams and external partners, you will lead from the front – challenging, influencing, and improving performance to deliver against demanding targets.
This role requires someone with proven experience in supplier relationship management within a sales-driven environment, a strong grasp of the property market (including part-exchange and conveyancing), and the ability to lead and develop high performing teams. You will be confident influencing stakeholders at all levels and using data, insight, and commercial judgement to drive measurable improvements.
Highly organised and results-focused, you will be comfortable managing multiple priorities, working with CRM systems such as Salesforce, and turning performance data into action. Above all, you will bring the energy and commercial mindset needed to push standards, unlock value, and consistently deliver results.
