If so, we'd love to hear from you!We are partnering with a dynamic international technology business to recruit an In-House Commercial Paralegal to join their team, based in either their Chesterfield or Leeds offices with hybrid working flexibility. This is an exciting opportunity for a graduate or an individual already working within the legal sector to develop and broaden their expertise in commercial contracts, compliance and legal operations.What You'll Be DoingAs a Commercial Paralegal you will: Support the Group Legal and Compliance teams with a wide range of commercial legal matters.Assist with the drafting, review and negotiation of commercial contracts, including NDAs, supply, services and partnership agreements.Assist with legal research and interpretation of law and legal principles relevant to commercial activities.Manage legal cases and contract creation, approval, storage and retrieval processes (using Salesforce, Microsoft SharePoint/Power Platform and Contract Express/HighQ).Report on legal cases, contract process and risk management activities.Work with other stakeholders to identify bottlenecks in the current legal processes and implement (automated) solutions and workflow improvements.Act as a "power user" for our legal AI implementation project. This includes developing and testing new features, refining prompts and reviewing outputs.Occasionally represent the business on international travel to support legal and commercial engagements. About you:You will be: A law graduate or a legal professional currently working within the legal sector.Passionate about commercial law and about the IT/technology sector.Tech savvy and comfortable exploring new software and platforms.A clear communicator, comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels.Organised, proactive and able to work independently under direction.Happy to work in a hybrid model, with occasional travel internationally as required.
