Store Account Manager Harrods, Selfridges & John Lewis
To ensure that the counter achieves targets by driving the team. Duties including but not limited to:
1. Setting an example for the team.
2. Ensuring that all daily counter tasks are undertaken.
3. Figures completion – daily and weekly. Managing targets and their allocation.
4. Regular stock management, ensuring oos are minimal and to build a relationship with the instore buying to team to support this.
5. To ensure the counter is adequately stocked with products, keeping an eye on stock levels throughout the day and replenishing where necessary and to ensure products are displayed with current company guidelines.
6. Ensuring adequate counter cover by ensuring rotas are formatted.
7. Delegating duties to the team and following up that they have been performed correctly.
8. Mentoring the team
9. Assisting with training new product launches.
10. To ensure that an excellent level of customer service is always provided.
11. To actively traffic stop to build brand awareness and ensure that the team also do this.
12. To provide makeup and skincare consultations.
13. To book appointments and build ongoing client loyalty. This includes customer database building and communication.
