The Finance Manager will be a qualified Accountant with 10 years experience
Main Responsibilities
* Ensuring the effective use of the finance software Sage across the company
* Preparation of year end accounts
* Daily update of cash flow reconciliation for distribution to Directors
* Maintaining the integrity of the VAT return (quarterly and submission to HMRC)
* Bank reconciliation of all bank accounts
* Credit control - chasing of outstanding sales invoices and allocation of payments in Sage
* Provision of monthly payroll information for preparation of payslips and pension calculations by external accountants and inclusion of information in Sage
* Preparation of ONS reports
* Full responsibility for paperwork, legal requirements, HMRC requirements, etc. for business.
