We are seeking skilled Chefs of all levels to join our team in preparing delicious meals and overseeing kitchen operations.
We are currently offering part time 15-30 hours a week, with flexible working times

*Responsibilities*
* Manage kitchen staff and coordinate food preparation activities
* Ensure food quality meets high standards and complies with food safety regulations
* Plan menus, create new dishes, and develop recipes
* Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies
* Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment
* Train and mentor kitchen staff on culinary techniques
* Monitor kitchen operations to achieve efficiency and productivity
*Qualifications*
* Previous experience working in a restaurant or hospitality environment
* Proficient in various cooking techniques and food preparation methods
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and motivate a team
* Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the kitchen
* Culinary qualifications or relevant certifications are advantageous
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
