SEND Teaching Assistant
About the Role
We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants to support pupils with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) in both mainstream and specialist primary schools across Birmingham and the surrounding areas.
This role is ideal for individuals who have experience supporting children with additional needs, whether through professional work, personal experience, or a care background. If you hold a Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or another relevant transferable qualification, and are passionate about helping children reach their full potential, this is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in the classroom.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience supporting children with SEND, either professionally or personally
Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or another relevant transferable qualification
Job Requirements
Experience working with SEND pupils, either professionally or personally
Level 2 or Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, or other relevant qualification
Level 2 English (spoken and written)
Fluent English is essential
Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available)
